Lisa M Wade, D.V.M.

Dr. Lisa Wade is originally from Somerset County, PA, and when she was 15, she worked for a vet, starting her veterinary career. She earned a BS in Veterinary Medical Technology at Wilson College, then worked as a CVT before graduating from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She joined Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in 2004. Her special interests include dentistry and mentoring, and she is Fear Free certified.  She especially enjoys the variety of her job from appointment to appointment and day to day, and she appreciates the unique beauty of just about every type of animal.

Dr. Wade, husband Ted and son Alex share their home with Penny, a Basset hound/pit bull mix; Stormy, a Labrador/Rottweiler mix; cats Brome and Rose; horses Jili and Gideon; guinea pigs Marigold and Dandelion; anole Arthur; several dart frogs and too many fish. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, horseback riding, gardening, hiking, reading, and working on her aquariums.
