Lisa M Wade, D.V.M.
Dr. Lisa Wade is originally from Somerset County, PA, and when she was 15, she worked for a vet, starting her veterinary career. She earned a BS in Veterinary Medical Technology at Wilson College, then worked as a CVT before graduating from Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. She joined Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in 2004. Her special interests include dentistry and mentoring, and she is Fear Free certified. She especially enjoys the variety of her job from appointment to appointment and day to day, and she appreciates the unique beauty of just about every type of animal.
Dr. Wade, husband Ted and son Alex share their home with Penny, a Basset hound/pit bull mix; Stormy, a Labrador/Rottweiler mix; cats Brome and Rose; horses Jili and Gideon; guinea pigs Marigold and Dandelion; anole Arthur; several dart frogs and too many fish. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, horseback riding, gardening, hiking, reading, and working on her aquariums.
Dena L Owings, D.V.M., C.C.R.P.
Originally from Westchester, MD, Dr. Dena Owings grew up wanting to become a veterinarian, a chef, or a farmer. She received a BS from the University of Maryland College Park followed by a DVM from Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine (Virginia Tech). She has been practicing veterinary medicine since 2002, and she joined Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in August 2006.
Dr. Owings has a special interest in veterinary rehabilitation and is a Certified Canine Rehabilitation Practitioner (CCRP). She enjoys bonding with clients and being part of the special relationship between people and their pets.
She and her wife Amber share their home with Penny the Pug and kitties Phoebe Buffay, Hazelnut, and Jackson Galaxy. In her free time, Dr. Owings enjoys traveling, lying on the beach, watching reality TV and documentaries, working out, and trying delicious new foods.
David Schneider, D.V.M.
Dr. David Schneider grew up in a family of dentists in Maryland, but his love of animals overcame the family career path. He received a BS in animal science from the University of Maryland College Park where he was classmates with Dr. Owings. He earned his DVM from Iowa State University in 2002 and was a veterinarian in Hagerstown before moving to Pennsylvania. He joined Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in June 2008. His special interests include dentistry and soft tissue surgery. He also appreciates challenging cases and working with owners to take care of their pets.
He has three children, Lily, Sophie, and Henry. They share their home with a small zoo that includes Emma the Corgi; cats Charlie, Lola, Soren, and Ellie; a leopard gecko named Persephone; hermit crabs and seven chickens. In his free time, Dr. Schneider enjoys playing tennis and golf, and building Legos.
Nicole Kaczor, D.V.M.
Dr. Kaczor is originally from Hollidaysburg, PA. She is a 2005 graduate of Millersville University as well as a 2009 graduate of Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine on the island of St. Kitts. After working as an extern at a busy small animal and exotic practice in New York and serving as a veterinary preceptor at the National Aquarium in Baltimore, Dr. Kaczor worked for four years at a small animal and exotic practice in Harrisburg. Her special interests include pocket pets, rabbits and non-venomous reptiles, as well as dentistry, relieving pain and a Fear Free approach to veterinary care. She joined the Shiloh team in July 2013, and she enjoys helping her patients heal and recover and seeing them grow through the years.
Dr. Kaczor is a PADI certified scuba diver and a second-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She and her husband Curt share their home with cats Vinny, Scarlett and Groot. She spends her free time with friends and family, and a good glass of wine or Scotch. She enjoys traveling with her husband, music and concerts, Steelers and LSU football in the fall.
Tiffany Brady, D.V.M.
Dr. Tiffany Brady is from Baltimore, MD, and becoming a veterinarian was her top choice as a child, though she considered becoming an artist. She received her DVM from University of Florida. She joined the Shiloh team in September 2016 and loves that it’s a fun group where everyone is very caring and dedicated to the patients. She has special interests in small mammals, reptiles and ultrasound, and she likes to solve problems and help people and animals.
She and her husband Scott share their home with Dinklage, a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, and Margo, a Cardigan Welsh Corgi. In her free time, she enjoys sculpture and painting, traveling, reading and hiking with her dogs.
Stephanie Herr, V.M.D.
Dr. Stephanie Herr was born in Lancaster County and grew up in Quarryville, PA. She has lived in Lancaster County for most of her life and has always loved animals. She received a BS in animal bioscience from Penn State University and in 2007, she earned a VMD from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
Dr. Herr joined Shiloh in June 2016, where she loves helping patients and their families while working with an amazing, dedicated team. She previously practiced veterinary medicine at a busy companion animal practice in Lancaster County. Her professional interests include dermatology, radiology, internal medicine and surgery. She enjoys small animal practice and witnessing and fostering the human-animal bond.
She and her husband, who is from the United Kingdom, share their home with a tuxedo cat named Murray. Dr. Herr volunteers with a trap-neuter-release organization in Lancaster that helps community cats. She spends her free time with family and friends, traveling and exploring places she hasn’t been to before.
Colleen Andrews, D.V.M
Dr. Colleen Andrews was born in Redding and grew up in York, Pa. As a child, she loved going to zoos and interacting with the animals, and she knew she wanted to work with them because she liked both caring for animals and the practice of medicine.
She received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Clarion University in 2015, then graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019. She spent a clinical year at Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine.
She joined the Shiloh team in June 2019 and is Fear Free Certified Level 2. She likes the teamwork that the team here demonstrates, as well as how much it fosters and encourages Fear Free visits for pets. She has special interests in ultrasound and staff education, and she enjoys interacting with clients and helping foster the bond between pets and their owners.
She shares her home with Chihuahuas Deb and Reese. She spends her free time catching up on TV shows and movies, going to local breweries and wineries and spending time outdoors, as well as providing a good life for her furbabies.
Kurt Michelotti, DVM, DACVS-SA
Dr. Michelotti is a board-certified veterinary surgeon trained in soft tissue, orthopedic, neurologic, and minimally invasive surgery and is also available for general diagnostic consultations.

Kevin Moon, D.V.M.
A native of central Illinois, Dr. Kevin Moon decided to become a veterinarian when he was 13 years old. He earned a BS in animal sciences from the University of Illinois in 2008, and in 2014, he received his DVM from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine, where he met his wife, Emily. His special interests include exotics, wildlife, and ultrasound. He is trained in SDEP abdominal ultrasound and is Fear Free certified. He joined Shiloh Veterinary Hospital in April 2021.
He and Emily settled down near the Susquehanna and share their home with island dogs, Mowgli and Leopard, and cats, Eddie and Jules. In his free time, Dr. Moon volunteers at Raven Ridge Wildlife Center. When he’s not working with animals, he enjoys hiking, gaming, and reading.
Katie Craig, DVM, MPH
Dr. Katie Craig was born and raised in Vermont. She got her undergraduate degree at the University of Vermont and attended the University of Missouri for veterinary school. She met her husband while she was attending veterinary school and settled with him in York.
She has professional interests in feline medicine, end-of-life care, and public health. When not at work she enjoys running, reading, and spending time with her pets. She has two cats, Roanoke, Salem, & Roswell, and two horses, Jewel and Ollie.
